Our home is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house set up to make you feel at home. With close proximity to Texas Tech University, nightlife on Broadway, and all the best places to grab a bite to eat, your stay will be effortless at the West Techsan. Looking to relive the glory days? We are 5 minutes from Spanky's, Chimi's, Lone Star Oyster Bar, Caprock Cafe, and Jazz. Are you a parent of a new Tech student and not really familiar with Lubbock? From the driveway you are a short 2 minute drive up Boston Ave. and you are pulling up to your students dorm on the Tech Campus.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. No parties allowed. You are welcome to have people meet you at our house, but please no gatherings. Parking is only allowed in the driveway or along the side of the property. There is no street parking directly in front of the house.
